Anti-vaccine protesters attempting to block highways to face felony charges

Anti-vaccine demonstrators making an attempt to block highways as component of nationwide protests will confront felony charges, in accordance to the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office environment. 

Prosecutor Joe Deters stated his business has realized of protesters’ plans to shut down highways across the nation on Monday morning in a denouncement of mask and COVID-19 vaccine mandates. 

“I want to be flawlessly crystal clear,” Deters said in a launch. “Anybody who attempts to shut down the highways in Hamilton County will be eliminated from their motor vehicles, billed with felony Disrupting Community Providers, and they will go to jail.”

Posts have surfaced on social media platforms, specially TikTok and Facebook, urging truckers and other drivers to participate in the “Patriot Shutdown” protests by blocking traffic at certain highway mile markers, together with three Hamilton County areas, Amy Clausing, a spokesperson for the prosecutor’s office environment, told The Enquirer.
