Margaret Hickey

Margaret Hickey has joined the firm as an affiliate lawyer. Hickey’s exercise will emphasis on federal and state taxation, tax controversies, estate organizing, rely on and probate law, small business regulation, nonprofit regulation, and actual assets law. Prior to working towards law, she was a licensed land title examiner and has practical experience with the complexities of actual estate transactions. She gained her master of regulation in taxation from New York University University of Law and her Juris Health care provider from Loyola University New Orleans Higher education of Law.

Bryce Smith

Bryce Smith has joined Modrall Sperling as an associate attorney in the litigation department. Smith’s follow focuses on litigation and pure assets as effectively as personalized harm promises and business disputes. At the Pure Sources Division, his apply features representing oil and gas clients just before the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division. Rachel Wisniewski

Rachel Wisniewski has joined Modrall Sperling as an affiliate attorney in the firm’s transactions and litigation departments. Prior to practising regulation, Wisniewski’s vocation concentrated on all factors of govt contracting throughout aviation, maritime and economic enhancement sectors. She specializes in taking care of complicated procurements as properly as deal drafting, administration and compliance. She received her undergraduate levels from Western Washington College and graduated summa cum laude from the College of New Mexico University of Legislation.

Tessa Chrisman

Tessa Chrisman has joined Modrall Sperling as an affiliate attorney in the firm’s litigation division. Chrisman’s concentration will be on labor and work legislation, schooling law, personal injury and commercial disputes. She acquired her undergraduate levels from the College of New Mexico, in which she graduated with honors, and her Juris Health practitioner from the Sandra Working day O’Connor College or university of Regulation at Arizona Condition University, graduating magna cum laude. When in regulation school, she served as an intern with the Arizona Supreme Court Team Attorney’s Workplace and as a judicial extern for Choose James O. Browning at the United States District Courtroom for the District of New Mexico.
