First Prisoners of War as Ukraine Captures Russian Soldiers

Two Russian soldiers have been captured by Ukrainian soldiers, according to the Conflict Intelligence Crew (CIT), a collection of investigators based mostly amongst Russia and Ukraine.

“Russian troops are storming the border in Zhytomyr location. Enemy armed service tools has crossed at Vilcha checkpoint, [Ukrainian] armed forces and border guards approved battle. #RussiainvadedUkraine.”

The Ministry of Overseas Affairs of Ukraine also issued a press release on Thursday, subsequent the invasion of Russian troops.
