Clinton Township — A county commissioner and former workplace supervisor for ex-Macomb County Prosecutor Eric Smith shared particulars Thursday of an interior-office fund that Smith is accused of tapping for personalized fees.

Jennifer Meech, who’d worked as an office environment manager for Smith’s administration, testified for the duration of Smith’s continuing preliminary examination in Mount Clemens District Courtroom that for expenses for the business office necessary comprehensive types to be done, licensed and reviewed.
